Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited (BNICL) approved 12 per cent cash dividend for the year 2019 at its 24th annual general meeting (AGM) held on Wednesday through digital platform.
The meeting also approved the company’s audited financial statements for the year that ended on December 31, 2019, said a press release.
Abdul Baset Majumder, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting.
Among the others the board of directors– Professor Dr. Mijanur Rahman, Fakhruddin Ahmed, Prof Dr. Goutom Buddha Das, Taif Bin Yousuf, Abdur Rouf, Director and Chairman of Audit Committee Mohammed Salim and Chief Executive Officer Sana Ullah, Chief Financial Officer, Auditor of the Company AKM Aminul Hoque took part in the meeting.
