Bangladesh News Desk: Shops and business establishments of at least 20 markets of New Market area in the capital are closed following the clash between students of Dhaka College and businessmen of New Market.
As result, businessmen are apprehending loss of at least Tk 100 crore per day.
According to businessmen, the incident of clash is very unfortunate during the moment of Eid shopping. They will incur huge loss if the situation does not bring under control.
The clash, chase and counter-chase began between students and businessmen from Monday night (April 18). Though the situation came under control on Monday night, the clash started again on Tuesday morning.
