The Russian Center for Science and Culture (RCSC), Dhaka and Muktijuddha Academy Trust jointly organized an online discussion dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the ending of World War II on September 2, according to a press release.
The Director of RCSC, Maxim Dobrokhotov, Chairman of Muktujuddha Academy Trust Dr Abul Kalam Azad, the Former Secretary of Government Azizur Rahman Aziz, the CEO of Foundation for Humanity Preservation Anis Mohammad as well as renowned singer Fakir Alamgir, founder of the cultural organization ‘Wrishiz Shilpi Gosthi’ and Poet Aslam Suny joined the virtual meeting.
The participants agreed on the inadmissibility of falsifying those terrible events, the need to preserve the historical truth about this most bloody human tragedy and the leading role of the Soviet Union in the defeat of the Nazi troops.
