Rohit Kumar Singh: Bihar Chief Minister had emphasised on party workers to reach out to the first time voters and inform them about the 15 years of rule of the Yadav couple.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has set the agenda for the upcoming assembly elections in the state. It is clear that his focus during the election campaign will be 15-years of Lalu-Rabri misgovernance versus his 15 years of ruling the state.
Nitish, who is interacting with his party workers every day through virtual “Karykarta Sammelan” has stressed upon the need to remind the people of the state 15 years of governance of the husband-wife duo.
“How bad was the condition during the 15 years of rule of husband and wife. People feared to venture out of the house. Several communal rights and caste massacres took place. The crime graph in the state rose massively in those 15 years,” said Nitish Kumar during one of the Karykarta Sammelan on Wednesday.
Bihar Chief Minister had emphasised on party workers to reach out to the first time voters and inform them about the 15 years of rule of the Yadav couple.
“Younger generation who were born after 2000 and are not aware of the condition in Bihar between 1990 and 2005 should also be told about it. People tend to forget old things but we have to ensure that they do not forget it”, said Bihar CM
RJD has reacted sharply to Nitish’s call to remind people about the lawlessness in Bihar between 1990-2005 ahead of the elections.
“It is the fear of Lalu that has compelled Bihar CM to talk about him ahead of elections. Politics for the last 30 years in Bihar is revolving around Lalu”, Mrityunjay Tiwari, RJD spokesperson.
