Assam on Monday recorded 2250 recoveries, taking the state’s overall recovery tally to 99,073.
The state now is 927 patients short of 1 lakh recoveries.
In a tweet, Assam health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said, “2250 patients discharged today. We request people to follow precautions & maintain hygiene to stay safe.”
The state now has 28,798 active cases.
