Ingredients:
4 white bread
1 cup warm milk
4 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp ghee
1 bay leaf
2 small cinnamon sticks
4 cardamom
4 cloves
1 cup onion paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 kg chicken
4 tbsp cashew paste
5-7 green chili
1 cup warm milk
3/2 cup water
Garnish
5-6 green chili
¼ tsp kewra water
Instructions:
1. Puree crust-less bread with warm milk
2. In a pot, add cooking oil, ghee, bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, cloves, onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes
3. Add chicken and fry for 10 minutes on high heat
4. Add cashew paste, green chili and pour the bread milk puree, warm milk and water
5. Garnish with green chili and kewra water
6. Ready to Enjoy!
