Ingredients:
Tuna Mix
2 Medium Boiled Potato
¾ Cup White Tuna
½ Cup Fried Onion
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Mint
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Coriander
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Clarified Butter
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chili
1 Egg Yolk
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Black Pepper
Coating
Bread Crumb
Whisked Egg
Instructions:
1. Mash the boiled potato in bowl
2. Add tuna, fried onion, mint, coriander, garam masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, plain yogurt, lemon juice, clarified butter, corn flour, egg yolk, green chili, salt, pepper and give it a mix
3. Create flat round shape with a 2-inch diameter using your palm
4. Coat with bread crumb then coat with whisked egg
5. Deep fry in oil until golden brown
6. Ready to Enjoy!
