Bangladesh News Desk: The Ministry of Liberation War Affairs has published another gazette notification recognising 1,242 individuals injured in the July mass uprising as July Warriors.
The gazette includes the medical case IDs, parents’ names, and permanent addresses of the injured.
On March 5, the liberation war affairs ministry published a ‘Category C’ list based on the nature of injuries sustained by the individuals.
A total of 534 injured individuals from Mymensingh division and 708 injured individuals from Sylhet division have been included in the list.
The government will provide financial assistance to the families of those killed and injured in the mass uprising based on these lists. The injured will receive monthly allowances according to the severity of their injuries.
