Rossotrudnichestvo in Bangladesh organised a poetry recitation program titled ‘Poetry readings-Glory to Pushkin’ with the participation of the students of Russian language courses of Russian Centre for Science and Culture (RCSC) in Dhaka through digital platform on Thursday, said a press release.
The arrangement of the event focused on 221st birth anniversary of the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin and Russian Language Day. Pushkin who is a poet, playwright and novelist, is the founder of modern Russian literature.
All participants recited the verses from Pushkin’s poems highlighting Russian literature, culture and history.
RCSC thanked everyone for participating the event and said they would be given certificates.UNB
