Ingredients:
4 cups of Water
3 Packs of Maggie Noodles
¼ tsp Salt
2 Eggs
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Sliced Ginger
2 tbsp Chopped Onion
¼ cup Julienne Carrot
¼ cup Julienne Bell Pepper
2 Green Chilies
2 tbsp Diced Tomatoes
2 tbsp Green Peas
1 tsp Soy Sauce
3 Taste-makers
½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
1. Cook the Maggie noodles in boiling water with salt for 3 minutes
2. Remove from heat and drain out the water
3. In a frying pan with cooking oil, add whisked eggs and scramble then remove from heat
4. Add cooking oil, fresh minced garlic, sliced ginger, chopped onion, green chilies, julienne carrot and bell pepper, diced tomatoes, green peas and gently stir fry for 2-3 minutes
5. Add soy sauce and 3 packs of taste-makers, and noodles
6. Mix until everything is evenly distributed
7. Sprinkle black pepper, scrambled eggs
8. Give it one last mix and serve while hot with a drizzle of ketchup
9. Ready to Enjoy!
