In Assam, at least 51 people have been tested positive for Covid-19 on Wednesday, taking the state tally of confirmed cases to 1672.
Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that fifty-one persons were tested positive for Covid-19, out of which 28 were from Dhubri, 13 from Darrang, 5 from Karimganj, 3 from Sonitpur and 2 from Lakhimpur.
