Mustard. Salmon. Two of our favorite words!

Ingredients:
Marinate
4 Pc Salmon Fillet
1 Tsp Lime Juice
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Red Chili Powder
¼ Tsp Turmeric
Paste
3 Pc Green Chili
2 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
¼ Tsp Salt
Cooking
2 Pc Onion
¼ Tsp Turmeric
¼ Tsp Red Chili
1 Cup Coconut Milk
½ Tsp Salt
Garnish
6 Pc Green Chili
Instructions:
1. Marinate the salmon fillet with lime juice, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric
2. Drizzle oil in a pan, fry for 1-2 minute on each side then set aside
3. Mix green chilis, mustard seeds, and salt with a splash of water using a mortar and pestle
4. Remove the salmon, and add onion and sauté until translucent then add turmeric, red chili, paste, salt and coconut milk
5. Once the oil has separated, add the salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat with lid on
6. Ready to Enjoy!
