A maximum of five people from an organisation will be allowed to lay wreaths at Shaheed Minar on February 21.
In the case of individuals, two persons can lay wreaths at a time at the Shaheed Minar.
The was decision was taken at a meeting of Dhaka University Environment Society (DUES) on Monday, according to a press release.
DU Vice Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman presided over the meeting.
The decision was taken considering the Covid-19 situation in the country.
The meeting also sought the cooperation of all for the implementation of the decision.
