Chanchal Chowdhury has played the lead role in the film. Actress Nabila and musician-cum-actor Partha Barua played significant roles.
The screenplay of the film is written by Anam Biswas and Syed Gaosul Alam Shaon. Lutfur Rahman George, Heera Chowdhury, Shawkat Osman, Brindabon Das, Gousul Alam, Iffat Trisha and others are also cast in it. In addition to being screened at film festivals in different countries, ‘Aynabaji’ won the ‘National Film Award’ in seven categories at home.
