Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecast that rain or thundershower may occur and it may continue till three more days.
However, light rain and drizzling occurred at some places in the capital from early morning on Friday.
Moreover, the country experienced rain for 24 hours started from 6am on Thursday. At that moment, the highest rain was recorded at 45mm in Khepupara of Barisal while Sandwip recorded 44mm rainfall and Feni recorded 43 mm rainfall. On the same time, Dhaka recorded 5mm rainfall.
